2. Order Processing Times
As a one-person-operated business run by a traveling performer, order processing and item preparation can take up to 2 weeks before shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the destination and are as follows:

Europe: 2-10 working days after dispatch.

Rest: Up to 20 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on current rates from our shipping partners, DPD and PostNL. Exact shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided for all orders. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event of a lost or damaged package:
